All orders are final as soon as they are placed. In the event an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately via email within 48 hours with documented visible images of the artwork and the box it arrived in.We will review the situation and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement. Once an artwork is delivered, we are not responsible for stolen artworks or packages from front doors.

Canceling Orders / Disputing Charges

Any attempt to steal an artwork, file a false chargeback, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity constitutes a serious breach of contract and copyright infringement.

We expressly disclaim any responsibility for theft or loss of artworks that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address, as evidenced by valid proof of delivery.
