Refund Policy

All orders are final as soon as they are placed. In the event an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately via email within 48 hours with documented visible images of the artwork and the box it arrived in. We will evaluate the situation and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement. Once an artwork is delivered, we are not responsible for stolen artworks or packages from front doors.

Non-Resolvable Issues

Any issues reported outside of 30 days from the documented delivery date will not qualify for assistance. We encourage you to inspect your artwork carefully upon receipt and to report any issues within this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Canceling Orders / Disputing Charges

All artwork orders are final from the moment they are placed. Orders may not be canceled or exchanged. Any attempt to steal an artwork or engage in fraudulent activities, such as filing false claims with a credit card company, is strictly prohibited and will be considered an act of fraud.
