Machu Picchu is a famous Inca city in Peru, built around the 15th century. It is located in the eastern Andes of Peru and is a symbol of the Inca civilization’s greatness. The Incas were highly intelligent, creative people as demonstrated in their engineering and planning skills in the construction of Machu Picchu. The ancient city’s design and infrastructure showcase the Incas’ advanced civil, hydraulic, and geotechnical engineering abilities.
